About the event
Teams of 4 Individuals = At least 1 member of a different gender. (3M + 1F / 2M + 2F / 3F + 1M)
Each WOD (Workout) will consist of 5 Heats | Each Heat consists of 3 Teams
WOD = 10 Minutes Maximum + 3/5 Minutes Transition
WOD 1 : 8:15AM - 10:00AM
WOD 2 : 10:15AM - 12:00PM
FINAL : 13:30 - 15:00
