Our Christmas Eve team workout brings everyone together for one final push before the holiday. Expect efforts, steady pacing and the usual Shed energy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Morning Sessions) - Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: Clients must provide notice by the night before, at least 8 hours prior to the session for any cancellations or rescheduling. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 8 hours' notice will incur a €10 administrative fee. - No Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in a €12 administrative fee. - Emergency Situations: Exceptions may apply in case of emergencies, provided valid proof is submitted. - Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 8 hours' notice, subject to availability. - Coach Cancellations: In the event of a trainer's cancellation, a makeup session will be offered. - Payment: All fees and charges will be processed through a payment link sent via Wix. Clients are required to complete the payment through the link provided
