Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee if less than 7 days’ notice is given. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or other emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
