Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Cancellation Policy: Notice: Clients must give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee. No Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in full session fee charge. Emergency: Exceptions may apply with proof of emergency. Rescheduling: Allowed with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Coach Cancellations: Makeup session offered for trainer cancellations. Payment: Fees charged to preferred payment method.
