Here are 5 guilt-free desserts that are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you on track 💪
1. Mini Pavlova
Ingredients:
100g Egg Whites
30g Light Thickened Cream
50g Raspberries
3 tsp Stevia / Honey (or any baking-friendly sweetener)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 110°C and line a baking tray.
Beat egg whites and lemon juice until frothy. Gradually add sweetener and beat until stiff peaks form.
Spoon into small pavlova nests on tray.
Bake for 45 minutes. Then turn oven off and leave pavlovas inside for another 45 mins (door closed).
Whip cream and top cooled pavlovas with cream and raspberries.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.

2. Nutella Popsicles
Ingredients:
120g Banana
40g Nutella
80g Fat-Free Greek Yoghurt
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into popsicle moulds, add sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months – snack time, sorted!

3. Cheat’s Jelly Mousse
Ingredients:
150g Creamed Cottage Cheese
½ packet sugar-free Foster Clark Jelly
Directions:
Dissolve jelly crystals in 125ml boiling water. Let cool slightly.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth, then mix in jelly.
Pour into a container and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
Top with your favourite berries if desired.
Lasts 2–3 days in the fridge.

4. Biscoff Cheesecake Cup
Ingredients:
20g Lotus Biscoff Spread
150g Fat-Free Greek Yoghurt
20g Light Cream Cheese
8g Lotus Biscoff Biscuit (crumbed)
15g Raspberries
Directions:
Mix yoghurt, Biscoff spread and cream cheese until smooth.
Top with crumbled biscuit and fresh raspberries.
Best enjoyed chilled. Keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.

5. Nutella Banana Crêpe
20g Plain Flour
10g Sugar
35ml Plant-Based Milk
1 Large Egg
25g Nutella
80g Banana
5g Butter
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Directions:
Whisk together flour, sugar, milk, vanilla and egg to form a thin batter.
Heat butter in a pan, pour batter and cook on low until edges lift (3–4 mins). Flip and cook the other side.
Spread Nutella on half, add sliced banana, and fold twice.
Best made fresh for that perfect golden finish.
